While these are some of the original properties on campus, all are well appointed for family vacationing. Located just across the Tramside parking lot.
Slopeside Condominiums
Almost all of these are true ski in/ski out units and come and are perfect for family vacationing. Most interiors have been upgraded and all exteriors were recently completely redone.
Stoney Path Condominiums – Deluxe and Economy units
These units are about a 10 minute walk to the village double chair, located on the road between Stateside and Tramside. All are 2-level, 2 Bedroom, 1.5 bathroom units with multiple bed configurations that can sleep 4-6 people.
Trailside Condominiums
These multi level units are a short walk to the Tramside lifts and include 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and fireplace.
Village Condominiums and Townhouses
Our newest condo and townhouse properties exemplify affordable ski in/ski out luxury. These units range from 2 bedroom to 5 bedroom condominiums and townhouses with larger units being perfect for multiple family vacationing with multiple living areas and two kitchens. All units are beautifully furnished and appointed with Vermont furnishings, decks, equipment lockers and are located on either the Grammy Jay or Raccoon Run trails.
Golf Clubhouse Suites
Clubhouse Suites consists of three units, named after the counties in our region of Vermont – Franklin, Caledonia and Orleans. Suites are 1 or 2 bedroom units with beautiful views of the course in the summer and convenient access to the Nordic trails in the winter. All are outfitted with kitchenettes, flat-screen televisions in all rooms and are beautifully furnished with standard amenities.
